Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who has previously worked as a software developer or is otherwise comfortable diving into the technical details of projects. In this role, you will oversee multiple short- to medium-term client engagements (typically 4–6 months in duration), acting as the bridge between our development team and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for client communication, project timelines, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments — someone who can manage timelines, scope, developers, and stakeholders with clarity and calmness.
🎯 What You'll Own
Project scoping & planning based on MVP or product requirements
Drive timeline, resource, and sprint planning across multiple projects
Ensure smooth communication between clients, developers, and designers
Manage change requests and keep scope creep under control
Track deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and team bandwidth
Coordinate across cross-functional teams: developers, QA, design
Facilitate weekly demos, status updates, sprint reviews/retros
Implement a simple, lean project management process (Notion / ClickUp / Trello / Jira)
Maintain and share timesheets, status trackers, and progress updates with clients
Lead feedback cycles with devs and clients — monthly or milestone-based
Ensure handovers and releases are organized, documented, and client-ready
👤 What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience managing software development projects
Strong grip on agile/scrum or kanban workflows (you can flex between both)
Experience managing MVPs, rapid iterations, and evolving scopes
Skilled in time estimation, workload balancing, and expectation setting
Excellent communicator — written, verbal, async-friendly
Technically fluent — can understand APIs, deployments, and tech blockers (without needing to code)
Organized, assertive, proactive — you follow through and follow up
Capable of project budgeting, understanding cost vs timeline vs scope trade-offs

Teams are unblocked, and developers are not overburdened or under-utilized
Clients receive frequent, clear updates, feel confident and informed
Scope creep is managed transparently — change requests are logged, priced, and prioritized
Internal coordination is frictionless, with minimal micromanagement needed
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with foreign clients or distributed teams.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master (a plus, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
