We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team and support our Account Lead in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and first point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met with attention to detail and proactive communication.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges; provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop account strategies and execute plans to achieve growth objectives.

Revenue Growth & Retention:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or products.
  • Drive contract renewals and ensure retention of high-value accounts.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., development, delivery, and support) to ensure project timelines and SLAs are met.
  • Act as the client advocate internally to address challenges and provide solutions promptly.

Performance Management:

  • Track account performance and monitor key metrics like revenue, profitability, and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account progress.

Customer Insights & Innovation:

  • Gather client feedback to provide valuable input for product development and service improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to offer innovative solutions.


Requirements:


Experience:
  • 4-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the software industry or IT services.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, IT services, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Excellent people nurturing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
