We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to oversee our growing portfolio of projects, support and guide our Project Managers, and ensure our delivery processes scale with quality — while also working closely with leadership to align delivery, operations, and sales.
🎯 What You’ll Own
🔹 Delivery Oversight
Own the end-to-end delivery health across multiple active projects
Ensure timelines, scope, and quality targets are consistently met
Review project plans, resourcing, and timelines — provide guidance as needed
Step in to troubleshoot at-risk projects, and guide teams back on track
Work closely with clients/stakeholders to align delivery with expectations
🔹 Team Coaching & Process Mentorship
Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
Run weekly PM syncs: unblock, align, share knowledge
Help PMs deal with blockers, client escalations, and scope control
Conduct monthly performance reviews and feedback loops for PMs
Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and clarity
🔹 Process & Systems
Audit and optimize our PM process stack (planning, tracking, QA, reporting)
Maintain clarity and consistency in scope definitions, change control, UAT, and handoffs
Drive timesheet and cost tracking processes, ensure billing alignment
Introduce lean improvements where needed without adding bloat
Ensure delivery documentation is consistent and client-friendly
🤝 CXO, Sales & Engineering Collaboration
Work closely with CXOs and Sales teams to streamline project scoping and handoffs
Contribute to pre-sales with effort estimates, timelines, and delivery feasibility
Assist in creating SoWs, MVP definitions, pricing strategies, and proposal decks
Align with Engineering Managers / CTO to ensure:
Resource planning matches team availability
Tech feasibility informs delivery plans
Estimations are realistic and scoped with input from devs
Dev cycles, handoffs, and blockers are surfaced and solved early
Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and client expectations
Share delivery insights with leadership to inform hiring, resourcing, and pipeline planning
🔧 You’ll Thrive If You Have
7–10+ years experience in project/delivery management, with 2–3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
Strong exposure to startup and/or ERP product delivery, products, especially MVP and early-stage product builds
Experience working closely with Sales, CXOs, and Engineering teams
Hands-on with agile and lean delivery frameworks
Ability to context-switch between strategy, execution, and coaching
