Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the client base for Ontik Technology’s digital services.
  • Engage with prospective clients through outreach methods like LinkedIn, cold emails (using tools like Instanlty, Snov.io), and networking.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into clients by effectively communicating Ontik’s value proposition and technology services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to ongoing client retention strategies.

Sales & Proposal Development

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to spot opportunities for Ontik Technology.
  • Leverage market insights to refine business development strategies and stay ahead of market demands.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
  • Assist in the smooth transition of new clients to the delivery team to ensure the timely execution of projects.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track sales metrics, outreach activities, and lead conversion rates, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Analyze performance data and refine strategies for continued success and improved results.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or digital services environment.
  • Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales cycle management.

Skills

  • Strong networking abilities, with a track record of building relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools like Instanlty, Snov.io, or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of technology services and how to effectively sell them to clients.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and managing sales activities.
