Job Purpose
Ontik Technology is looking for an Account Delivery Intern to support our client relationship team. This role provides hands-on experience in client communication, account management, and enhancing customer experience. It is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world exposure to client relationship management and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining relationships with assigned clients.
- Assist in maintaining smooth communication between the engineering team and the delivery team
- Assist in maintaining and upholding a variety of professional practices in terms of project delivery
- Support in addressing client inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services.
- Help prepare reports on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
- Assist in tracking project deliverables, maintain timeline
Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

- Weekend: Friday & Saturday
- Location: House No. 11/B, Road-30, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka
Salary Range: BDT 10,000 - BDT 12,000 (Nagotiable)
