Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to guide our technical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects while driving innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a robust technical background to align team efforts with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team of software engineers, ensuring growth and productivity.
- Design and implement efficient workflows to foster a high-performing, inclusive environment.
- Make critical technical decisions on architecture, DevOps, coding, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with sales to showcase technical capabilities to clients.
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Provide performance insights and actionable reports to the CTO.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering professional growth and team excellence.
- Partner with HR to recruit top engineering talent.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and organizational standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of MERN stack, MySQL, NoSQL, AWS, Microservices, and MVC design patterns.
- Proficient in English communication.
Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Salary Range: BDT 120,000 - BDT 180,000 (Based on experience)
